Steel Silo/Grain Silo Structure
1.The top feed inlet has been enlarged for easier filling of feed.
2.The movable silo cover is made of 275g/sqm hot-dip galvanized sheet, which is stretched in one process.
3.The specially designed automatic elastic torsion spring control structure and limit plate enable workers to open and close the cover freely from the ground, ensuring safety and convenience.
4.All cover fittings are made of 304 stainless steel, offering high strength, no fractures, and no rust.
The roof sheet has an air duct that balances the air pressure inside and outside the silo, discharges gases and heat, ensures smooth feeding, and keeps the silo interior clean.
Transparent observation windows are provided on both the silo ring and the silo hopper.
The windows are made from plastic injection molding, offering strong pressure resistance and good light transmittance, making it easy to check the storage status.
The mounting ladder is molded from a single piece of hot-dip galvanized steel plate with an anti-skid design, ensuring firmness, non-slip stability, and easy installation.
It is also equipped with a security cage, which is safe and reliable, providing convenience for observing the feed level and maintaining the silo.
The hopper sheets are fixed with 8.8-grade high-strength hot-dip galvanized bolts, and the exposed bolt parts are equipped with specially designed rubber nuts, which are aesthetically pleasing and rust-resistant.

It can be applied in feed mills, flour mills, poultry farms, wine mills, national grain depots, grain trading companies, food processing plants, etc.
Installation Instructions
If the client wants to install 10-ton to 1,500-ton steel hopper-bottom grain silos by themselves, we can offer detailed instructions and provide our quickest response to address any questions during the process.
We can also send our engineer to supervise the installation process. The client can find local workers for the installation, and our engineer will assist them throughout the process.
If the client prefers, we can send our installation team to handle the entire installation.
High-Quality Materials for Maximum Durability
Our silos are constructed using corrugated steel sheets made from pre-galvanized steel coils, supplied exclusively by approved steel manufacturers under our strict quality control system.
Material Grade: S450GD + Z600 Zinc Coating or Magnelis ZM310 or ZM430, compliant with EN-10346 standards.
Corrugation Design: Waves measuring 106 mm in length and 13 mm in depth, providing enhanced structural strength.
The wall sheet thickness varies between 0.8 mm and 3.5 mm. For added strength, we use combinations of different thicknesses based on calculation requirements to meet structural demands.
Customization Options
Not only do carbon steel grain silos offer the ability to better customize your storage solutions, but accessories such as industrial stairs and platforms are easier and cheaper to install. Silos can also be customized to have a smaller diameter without negatively impacting the full storage capacity of the unit. While steel can be easily bent, concrete is inflexible.
