Suzhou Guangcai independently developed automated production lines for corrugated steel sheets of silos, M-shaped columns, silo top sheets, which are one-time molding process to avoid damage to the zinc coating of the silo sheets caused by the intermediate links. Roll-forming, punching and curving processes are all computer-controlled with features of high punching accuracy, strong interchangeability and easy installation. Our company has processed and manufactured a large number of steel silo for many well-known domestic silo companies.

Suzhou Guangcai can produce flat-bottom and hopper bottom prefabricated steel silos with diameters ranging from 1.8 meters to 32 meters and a single storage capacity of 10 tons to 15,000 tons; the processing quality and reliability have reached the world's advanced level to meet the product criteria of long lifespan, approximately 30 to 50 years. Meanwhile, the company also provide allied equipment (bucket elevators, scraper conveyors, belt conveyors) and systems (temperature monitoring, ventilation, leveling) for the grain storage industry. Our products are widely used in industries, such as grain, oil, feed, seeds, alcohol, chemicals and etc.
