Dried Corn Flat Bottom Silos

Bolted steel silos usually adopt high-quality galvanized steel sheets or aluminium-zinc steel sheets. The surfaces of these materials have undergone special treatment and possess excellent anti-rust and anti-corrosion performance. These silos adopt bolt connection technology and are reinforced with special sealing strips or sealants. This design not only effectively prevents external moisture, dust and other substances from entering the silo, playing a role in mold and moisture prevention, but also avoids the leakage of internal stored material, meeting the storage requirements of materials with high environmental demands such as corn. With full consideration of the importance of sealing performance, the top, bottom and side walls are all equipped with stiffeners and drainage channels, which can quickly drain rainwater and prevent water accumulation and leakage. In addition, the inlet and outlet ports are also equipped with professional sealing devices, such as rubber rings or airtight valves, further enhancing the overall sealing effect.

The equipped grain monitoring system continuously monitors key parameters such as temperature, humidity and gas concentration in the grain silo for 24 hours to ensure that the storage environment for corn is always in the best condition. The system can predict potential risks (such as mold and pest infestation) and provide optimization suggestions to improve the quality of corn storage, achieving comprehensive monitoring and management of the internal environment of the grain silo, grain quality and storage safety. The bottom of the silo is equipped with ventilation system, which can regulate the temperature and humidity inside the silo through natural or mechanical ventilation methods, preventing corn from overheating or dampness during storage, thus, extending the storage time and maintaining the quality of the grain.

The sealing performance of the prefabricated steel plate silo prevents insects and rats from entering the interior of the silo, ensuring safe storage.

Design independent feeding pipes and conveying equipment for each silo to ensure that different types of corn can enter the designated silo through their own channels, achieving the classification of corn varieties. Clear identification systems should be set up both on the outside and inside of the silos to indicate the types of corn stored in each silo. Meanwhile, digital partitioning is carried out in the management system to record the storage information of each silo. Meanwhile, based on the different characteristics of corn (such as humidity, density, ventilation requirements, etc.), the internal structure, ventilation system and temperature control equipment of each silo are customized to meet the storage requirements of specific grains.
