Main Features
• Corrugated Reinforced Design
The cylinder adopts an annular corrugated structure, which enhances radial compressive strength through its wavy cross-section. This improves deformation resistance by over 30% compared to traditional flat cylindrical structures, and it can withstand hydrostatic pressures of 0.15-0.3 MPa.
• Modular Assembly
Utilizing unit plate bolt connections, each plate weighs only 50-80 kg. On-site installation requires no large hoisting equipment, achieving an assembly efficiency of 100-150 m²/day.
• Flexible Expansion Capability
Volume can be adjusted by adding or removing plates. Standard volumes range from 50-5000 m³, with special designs reaching over 10000 m³. Diameters range from 3-30 m.
• Corrosion Protection
Hot-dip galvanizing process is used for both inner and outer surfaces, with a zinc layer thickness ≥85μm. Salt spray testing can reach 5000 hours without red rust. Epoxy coal tar or polyurea coating can be added upon request.
• Weather Resistance
Adaptable to a temperature range of -40℃ to 60℃, UV aging resistant design, service life can reach over 30 years in high humidity and high salt spray environments along the coast.
• Highly Adaptable to Various Environments
No large formwork is required, suitable for complex terrains and climates such as mountains, plateaus, and frigid regions; the minimum construction space required is only 2 meters around the tank.
