Rapid-Deployment Bushfire Water Storage Tanks | Galvanized Steel
Designed specifically for areas such as shrublands and forest edges, it can serve as a fire water storage point and be used in conjunction with fire pumps and fire extinguishers to effectively shorten the initial response time in the event of a fire.
Featuring a segmented corrugated plate design and assembled via bolt connections, the installation cycle for a single tank is only 2-3 days, requiring no large hoisting equipment. This makes it suitable for remote mountainous areas, forests, and other areas with poor transportation access. The foundation can be made of poured concrete or supported by a steel structure, adapting to complex terrains such as mountains and slopes.
The tank capacity is typically 5-50m³, suitable for small to medium-sized water supply needs in bush fire prevention scenarios. It has a water inlet (with a filter) at the top and a DN50-DN100 drain valve at the bottom, supporting rapid water replenishment for fire trucks and water pumps. The water storage period can reach more than 30 days, and the water quality remains stable.
Do You Face These Fire Water Storage Challenges?
Harsh Environment, Ordinary Tanks Corrode Easily
Damp, rainy (wild) or forest environments cause traditional tanks to rust easily, compromising structural safety and service life, failing to provide a reliable water source at critical moments.
01
Remote Locations, Difficult Construction
Fire water tanks are often located in mountainous areas, forests, or remote regions where traditional welded construction is difficult and time-consuming, unable to meet the need for rapid deployment of emergency facilities.
02
Capacity Difficult to Match Site
Different fire scenarios require different capacities; fixed-size pools or tanks cannot flexibly adapt to varied terrain and space constraints.
03
Cannot Quickly Connect to Fire Systems
Traditional storage devices are difficult to integrate quickly with modern fire pumps and sprinkler systems, delaying the critical golden hour for firefighting.
04
High Maintenance Costs, Short Life Cycle
Concrete pools or ordinary steel tanks require frequent maintenance, have high overall costs, and cannot be relocated or reused.
05
Our Solution: Rapid Response, Reliable & Durable Fire Water Storage System
Superior Corrosion Resistance, Adapts to Harsh Environments
Solution: Uses 275g/m² double-sided hot-dip galvanized corrugated steel plates with uniform, dense zinc coating; base material thickness not less than 1.0mm.
Value for You: Excellent anti-corrosion and rust prevention capabilities, especially suitable for damp, rainy, shaded bush or forest environments. Ensures long-term reliable water storage, ready to respond to emergency fire situations at any time.
Prefabricated Structure for Rapid Deployment & Construction
Solution: Full bolted connection; components are factory prefabricated; no on-site welding required.
Value for You: Simple and quick construction; ordinary workers can operate after basic training. Unaffected by weather, significantly shortens construction time, helping you quickly establish fire water sources in remote areas.
Flexibly Customized Capacity Adapts to Multiple Scenarios
Solution: Offers multiple capacity choices from 20m³ to 200m³, with flexible customization of diameters from 4.66 meters to 14.72 meters.
Value for You: Allows precise selection based on actual space conditions and water storage needs. Suitable for various scenarios such as remote farms, industrial perimeter areas, and forest access points, maximizing the use of limited land resources.
Seamless Integration with Fire Systems for Rapid Response
Solution: Specifically designed for integration with automated fire systems; can be easily connected to fire pumps and sprinkler devices.
Value for You: Ensures rapid water discharge in high-risk fire zones (e.g., wildland-urban interface, logging areas, nature conservation parks), supporting critical initial firefighting efforts.
Lower Full Life-Cycle Cost, Reusable Asset
Solution: The galvanized layer provides long-lasting protection; design life exceeds 20 years; supports disassembly and relocation.
Value for You: Very low maintenance costs, only requiring regular checks of fasteners. If relocation or adjustment is needed, it can be disassembled and rebuilt elsewhere, avoiding asset waste. Particularly suitable for temporary or mobile fire stations.
